On 2002-11-15, Tom Rhodes scribbled:

# I went to do this yesterday, and got build errors because of the
# page location. Something about XML parsing when I attempted to
# use the URL. I'm sure it was just a problem of me being dead tired
# and falling asleep at the machine, so I decided to NOT commit
# broken work.
#
# I'm not locking this job, so much else requires my time at this
# point that another person committing this would bring a smile to
# my face.

Try changing all of the & in the URL to &

I've ran into that problem when trying to validate my website to XHTML
1.1 where it complained about a couple of URLs that I had added to a
page.
