I have $ bills here ;-)

But this is with 99% certainty a CPU card for a XLT system. 21164
EV5 CPU.

I used to have 2 of these cards. This is a Alpha machine that was
produced by DEC's PC division, only had/has the NT console firmware
(no SRM therefore) for use with WindowsNT/alpha.

Useless for *BSD, I think Linux might run on them.
