	My experience is that most providers in Africa are much more 
Linux-oriented, if they aren't using either Microsoft or something 
ancient and proprietary like SCO.  However, even though they may 
choose Linux instead of *BSD, they may still be more friendly to your 
type of usage.

	Have you looked at the providers at 
<http://directory.google.com/Top/Regional/Africa/South_Africa/Business_and_Economy/Internet/Service_Providers/>; 
or 
<http://www.ananzi.co.za/catalog/ComputersandInternet/Internet/InternetServiceProviders/>?
