Ok, I just played it, and it works well, just read
http://ksirk.tuxfamily.org/using-kapp.html#playing-ksirk, it's
good complained, you need to formate armee for 2 sides, and
attack it.=20

There are also rules for attacking the other player.
With the graphics you're right, it's not super, but it's ok for
such strategy game.
