Darwin's lookupd is open source, but I think it would be too much work=20 to adapt it to FreeBSD, since it is tightly integrated with Darwin's=20 libc and probably depends on Mach IPC primitives. I think the best bet is to write something reasonably simple from=20 scratch and implement it as an NSS module, so that it can be installed=20 without any changes to the rest of the system, especially without=20 hacking libc. - Sebastian Lederer --ReaqsoxgOBHFXBhH Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE+31/A3rj1BcWb4ZsRArdAAJ9PwwXqIWIqM8cpgrkTdmPq4zqkEgCdGoiH rqvVadabUlCiN4ztdxd/rDE= =2zEH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --ReaqsoxgOBHFXBhH--
