Ok, nothing wrong with Anniston or Ormand (or Kate Beckinsale while we're at it), but how about Jue from The Animatrix: Final Flight of the Osiris. Since she's animated she might be less costly than the others, and she looks damned good in red. I think a scantilly-clad red-dressed sword-wielding Jue would be a good mascot.
