Monthes (years ?) ago, some ports had USE_* knobs, but they seem to have
been sanitized. Maybe should we proceed an ultimate sanity check ? 
Committers are aware of this, I think.
In USE_MYSQL case, PR ports/56252 fix infinite loops when USE_MYSQL is
user defined.
