Yup tried both of them and apparently they are used with PARALLEL
webcams not USBs

dynek@beer$ pwd
/usr/ports/graphics/qcread
dynek@beer$ cat pkg-descr 
This program supports both color and B&W *parallel-port* Connectix
QuickCam [..]

dynek@beer$ pwd
/usr/ports/graphics/cqcam
dynek@beer$ cat pkg-descr 
cqcam - Color Quickcam (PC/*Parallel*) control program
