Specifically, I am suspicious of this output:

   Joe, did you see gnotime help under the regular help app, applications
   -> help?  I can't seem to find it.  I think that the gnotime help
   isn't being installed or registered.

   Let me know, and I'll send you a make/install log - there are some
   errors in there.
