Thanks Andrew - The issue was basically that I had moved everything in the 'boot' directory from the ISO to the tftp root directory when I should have just put the boot directory in the tftpboot directory with a copy of the netboot (as you stated) .. thats all. Sorry for my confusion and thanks!
