It's one of various items to clean up in the linux compatibility
stuff...

We shouldn't rush this out before 5.4-Release. But if a fellow committer
has a little bit of free time after 5.4 and before I get time to get to
it: feel free to remove it, it doesn't gets installed and I too can't
find the chroot the comment talks about.
