You also need to grab kernel.gz.boot from the boot.flp image. Then you can do a: cat kernel.gz.boot kernel.gz.aa kernel.gz.ab > kernel.gz Take a look at src/release/scripts/split-file.sh to see how these files are generated. Useful if you want to do an install with a custom kernel, without building a whole release. -- mwest@cs.uct.ac.za
