For what it's worth I'm running FreeBSD on VMWare 5 back from 5.3,
updated to 6.0 Beta 2 recently.
As I'm using a real partition, I dual boot FreeBSD either real or
under VMware, either with nVidia or VMware drivers. No hickups :)
