Note:  PR fixed the problem noted in 88304

"The patch submitted by dhchen <dhchen@dhchen.com> is almost good.
 Unfortunately the PORT_EPOCH cannot be removed. You can remove only 
 PORT_REVISION and keep PORT_EPOCH."
