There are links to binary packages on this page. The links labeled 
"Good-Day" (that's the name of the site holding the packages) take you 
there. If you want the stable 2.0.1 version, go here and download the 
appropriate package for your version of FreeBSD and the language you want:

ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/FreeBSD/2.0.1

Then, copy this package from your Windows 98 box to the FreeBSD system 
and pkg_add it as root.
