Is this intentional? x11/xorg depends on x11/xorg-clients which in turn has a run-time dependency on x11/xterm, so xterm should get installed when you install x11/xorg. (And since a couple of months ago x11/xterm no longer installs /usr/X11R6/bin/xterm-static, but just /usr/X11R6/bin/xterm (no symlinks needed anymore.))
