Let me explain - machine is located at one of the largest ISPs in
Ukraine, it has 4 x STM-4(622Mbit) connectivity to sprintlink and bt.
I've got 200Mbit from that bandwidth.

I think it is something wrong with cvsup. By FTP I can get 10Mbits:
