The math/lapack is broken due to the unconditional use of
the f77 runtime. Using a non base system compiler should
work.

./scripts/configure:LDADD= -l${LIBG2C}
./work/LAPACK/SRC/Makefile:LDADD= -lg2c
The script is fubar.
