I run "echo $PATH" and I
checked .login .profile .cshrc ...

If it was not in the PATH I can't run a lot of commands ;-)
I don't understand... There is another file to check?

In the same terminal that I launch cherokee-admin:

# env python
Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, May  4 2008, 09:22:23)=20
[GCC 3.4.6 [FreeBSD] 20060305] on freebsd6

 "/usr/bin/env python" works too.
