Run "usbconfig -h".

usbconfig -u xxx -a yyy dump_curr_config_desc
usbconfig -u xxx -a yyy dump_device_desc

Vendor ID, product ID, lower inclusive revision number, higher inclusive 
revision numer that is used when matching the quirk.
