How big are your pools? I've never had one under 6 TB, which could be my problems.. or that it's been years since I've tried i386 for anything other than a firewall. -----Original Message----- From: Alexander Leidinger [mailto:Alexander@Leidinger.net] Sent: Friday, March 11, 2011 10:00 AM To: Chris Forgeron Cc: Stephen McKay; Mark Felder; freebsd-fs@freebsd.org Subject: RE: Constant minor ZFS corruption Quoting Chris Forgeron <cforgeron@acsi.ca> (from Thu, 10 Mar 2011 16:43:43 -0400): > Oh - and you're AMD64, correct, not i386? I have two x86 machines, one with "only" 768 MB RAM. Both of them run with ZFS without problems. The scenario I use them in may not be the scenario you need to provide a machine for, but there are scenarios where ZFS on x86 works.
