Thanks for response, i build module but it can't be loaded, dmesg show something like "depends on kernel - not available or version mismatch". Than i build and install new kernel from freebsd-HEAD on my freebsd-10.1-RC2 and adapter seems work fine. But I'm unsure whether I did.
