The only file on my system that has something to do with biber is biber.pdf, which belongs to texlive-docs: % pkg which /usr/local/share/texmf-dist/doc/bibtex/biber/biber.pdf /usr/local/share/texmf-dist/doc/bibtex/biber/biber.pdf was installed by package texlive-docs-20140525 If the documentation is present texlive-docs, does it mean that Biber is missing from one of the texlive packages? (The documentations says that Biber is provided by TeX distributions such as TeXLive.) Or should it get a port on its own? Cheers Marek
