I found the mail from Boris about mongoDB 3.2 and this one doesn't use V8
anymore and does compile on current/amd64.

Here is the port: : ftp://ftp.wart.ru/pub/download/mongodb3.tar.gz
You can edit the distfile and Makefile to even build rc4.

By the looks of it when 3.2 is released the port maintainer can easily bump
to this version.
