Ok what you do is install OpenSSL 1.1.0 and then ln -sf /usr/local/lib/libc= rypto.so /usr/local/lib/libcrypto.so.9 and do same for gcrypt as it=E2=80= =99s gonna be your next error Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone On Monday, October 29, 2018, 5:00 PM, bob prohaska <fbsd@http://www.zefox.n= et>.=C2=A0 wrote: On Mon, Oct 29, 2018 at 07:35:38PM +0000, Nathan Owens via freebsd-ports wr= ote: > Try pkg-static update first >=20 >=20 >=20 Alas, no luck. Same result as before. Running=20 pkg -N reports ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libcrypto.so.9: version OPENSSL_1_1_0 required = by /usr/local/lib/libpkg.so.4 not defined, running=20 pkg-static -N reports pkg-static: Warning: Major OS version upgrade detected.=C2=A0 Running "pkg-= static install -f pkg" recommended pkg-static: 511 packages installed So maybe this is fallout of the SSL update. It's unclear to me if the "Warning...." message can simply be ignored. Make doesn't seem to stop. I'd be grateful for any pointers to a way out of this pickle.
