I tried to write to eMMC and boot off of it (with the fstab fix applied)
and wasn't able to get it to the point where it where it would get to
multi-user and get a DHCP address. I'll hopefully have my UART today and
can see why eMMC doesn't seem to be bootable for me.

Thanks. With this I was able to boot up. Things seem to be working,
with the exception of the stuff not expected to be working
(e.g. HDMI).
