Likely quite soon: some big commits are happening in the FreeBSD ports tree right now and we try to do this in dependency order. Mono updated ports should hit the ports tree a few time after GNOME is updated to 2.30. If you can't wait a couple weeks, you can use portshaker [1], but remember it is advised not to update the FreeBSD ports tree for a while [2].
