Add a default route to the interface (man route; route add default <IP of ISP-GW>) and try to ping a known Address. It should dial out. If it works, just add defaultroute="<IP of ISP-GW>" to your /etc/rc.conf or /etc/rc.conf.local (depending on your configuration).
