You can take ppm pictures using the 'qcamcontrol' program.  Pipe the
output through cjpeg, stick it in a cron task, and you have an instant
webcam. ;)

You can also get a modified vic so you can broadblast yourself through the
Mbone, if you have access to it / know what it is.
