This actually belongs in questions@freebsd.org. You will need to destroy your d: partition to make room for FreeBSD. FreeBSD requires it's own partition table entry. It cannot be installed in a DOS partition (although it can be installed *from* one). See http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/install.html for details.
