It didn't start overflow till it got to 10.72 kB/s

sio1: type ST16650A
MZ 3.6 on clock 230 baud
Also set in isdn profile 0
connecting at 115200 baud
System:
running lastest 3.0 snap now
200 cpu 64 megs ram
Everthing runs fine except once speed gets to 10 plus it overflows.
Someone mention changing clock speed in kernel from HZ 100 to 200 value?
maybe differant flag setting?
