No luck. The website in question refers to ftp://www.westbend.net/pub/apache-fp/FreeBSD/apache-fp.131.tgz Instead, I tried the one at ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports-current/www/apache-fp. That worked. No problems.
