I believe I already responded to you with some examples of ports that do what you want to do, namely portlint and mergemaster. Did you look at those ports? Did you read the handbook sections on how to make a port? If so, what specific questions do you have about the process? What about it is not clear to you? We can't help you if you don't give us more information. If you haven't already read the documentation and looked at those two ports, do that first, and try to understand what those ports are doing.
