Well, I'd put the question the other way round. But yes, cscope works with FreeBSD. It's in the Ports Collection (/usr/ports/devel/cscope), but be warned that Cscope itself is a proprietary program, and you must buy it. To quote the DESCR file: This port of Lucent Technologies 'cscope' from the Software Toolchest Volume II lets one easily navigate large C programs. It's designed to answer questions like where symbols are defined and used, and where variables are assigned.
