AFAIK, this file isn't in -current > any longer. There are a number of include files for SCSI passthrough now, depending on what you want to do. You should probably take a look at camcontrol for an example of a program that uses SCSI passthrough. Also, see the cam(3), cam_cdbparse(3), pass(4), xpt(4), and camcontrol(8) man pages.
