Take out the whitespace in your first line label, and put in the
trailing backslashes on everything except the last line.
lp|lexmark|Lexmark Printer:\
:lp=/dev/lpt0:\
:mx#0:px#0:ph#0:sh:lf=/usr/adm/lpd-errs:\
:sd=/var/spool/lpd.lexmark:
is that your printcap should look like.
