I tried to fix it myself by taking advantage of the opportunity
to switch to mpeglib, but that experiment failed (this was over
the weekend).  Then Andy Fawcett mentioned to me that
--enable-final is broken on kdemultimedia and this was why you
get the mpg123arts.h error.  So I'll check on that and disable
allowing --enable-final on this port.
