In fact, everything from FreeBSD is free - hence the name - no credit card required or accepted at all. There are some companies that sell such things as CD installation sets of FreeBSD and T-shirts and books, etc. But these are separate companies and are not part of or related to FreeBSD.org, (though some of them donate some funds to the FreeBSD project). If you bought something from one of these companies, then you will need to contact that place for any problems with billing. ////jerry
