Agreed.  I had seen and reported this a few weeks back.  Doing a "make=20=

deinstall ; make reinstall" regenerates the .conf files and is an=20
adequate workaround, but I'll see whether I can get some free time to=20
submit a patch rather than just a "me too" of your problem report.... =20=
