Does your system use an Acer Aladdin chipset -- that's the ALi driver? There's an open bug report about that chipset resulting in panics similar to what you've seen: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=3D47167 You'll see a line like: agp0: <Ali Generic host to PCI bridge> mem 0xe0000000-0xe3ffffff at dev= ice 0.0 on pci0 right before the panic line. The only advice is to try disabling ACPI on boot, but there's no indication that actually helps.
