Johan,

In order to set up an official mirror, start with this document:

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/hubs/index.html

Then, once all is ready, contact the hostmaster for your region,
typically hostmaster@XX.freebsd.org where XX is your country code.

Once they have your hostname set up, they contact
mirror-admin@FreeBSD.org to get you listed in the official list.

If you have not done so already, join this mailing list [
http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-hubs ] in order to
be kept up-to-date on any changes to the mirroring process.

Hope this helps!
Mit Rowe
