At what point in time was this feature introduced? I have a number of=20 4.6.1-p10 systems that were upgraded from 4.4-RELEASE. Matthias > DIRHASH was standard in the GENERIC kernel by 4.6.2, so you should be > fine with hundreds of thousands of files.
