No it's not. Google says that's a dongle with a MosChip MCS7780, and not a=
=20
SigmaTel STIR 4200:

There appears to be a linux driver for the MCS7780:

I don't actively work on the USB IrDA support on FreeBSD. This is mainly=20
because I'm lacking the hardware. Also bluetooth dongles are supported by=20
the netgraph bluetooth stack, and are cheaper than USB IrDA.
