I _believe_ this is an issue in RELENG_6 (i.e., 6-STABLE), so I'm assuming that's what you've tried to build. I ran into the same issue yesterday but haven't hassled anyone about it yet. I believe it's due to the MFC in 1.39.2.1 of /usr/src/sys/i386/acpica/acpi_wakeup.c (see "http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/i386/acpica/acpi_wakeup.c").
