I think I found a bug in the port eclipse.in file. I am testing it now with some changes. If you would like to try the change I am working on modify your /usr/local/bin/eclipse file with the following changes where I set the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME variable. Then start eclipse with the changes and see if that works.
