(i only ever had devel/pcre installed). after recompiling almost all related packages i don't get undefined symbols when loading pcre.so anymore, but i still get preg-replace() and preg-match() errors on certain .php pages. eg: Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Internal pcre_fullinfo() error -3 in /usr/local/www/phpBB2/includes/sessions.php on line 293 other errors including a bit've binary output on one've the pages: http://asylum.za.org/
