No, there isn't. Given that lots of people say they use portmaster because it doesn't depend on ruby, bringing in a gratuitous jdk and all its dependencies, is going to be a serious issue for some people. In a way this make thing simpler, as it makes a stronger case for fixing the jdk makefiles, which will fix the problem with portmanager too.
