Just put the installation CD into your Actually, I used to use SBCGlobal's DSL, and they didn't use direct DHCP, they used PPPoE to authenticate and give out the address. Ask their support if this is still the case (+1 877-SBC-DSL5). If it is, Google around for terms like pppoe and FreeBSD
