I tried booting armboot (compilde from source) from armboot installed on the device. Didn't work, even when rebased to 0x20000. I'm guessing that's an MMU mode issue. Haven't tried a kernel (yet). Someone out there is working on Linux 2.6 support, perhaps information sharing is possible.
