Nothing obvious that has specific support for JetDirect features. However JetDirect printers work well with just about any Unix printing software -- either the system supplied lpd(8) or the currently fashionable CUPS. If you're using lpd(8), then look at installing the print/apsfilter port, which add a raft of filters for automatically translating a number of file formats into postscript for printing. CUPS has similar functionality, and also supports using PPD files to provide support for the options provided by your printer.
